Warm up matches started today and so far out of five matches’ two matches has been started. Sri Lanka Vs Netherland and West Indies Vs Kenya have started. Sri Lanka sets 352 runs target to Netherland team with four half centuries in the inning. West Indies also sets 253 runs target to Kenya team.
RR Sarwan becomes the first player in warm up matches before 2011 world cup to score century. He scored 123 runs in 125 balls. He has given an indication of his good form. West Indies lost a series against Sri Lanka by 2-0. The start of warm up match is also not good for West Indies a part from Sarwan’s century.
West Indies lost first wicket at total of 4 runs. They lost fist four wickets for just 65 runs. This shows that who much the batting order is performing for them. DJ Bravo scored half century in the middle of the inning.
TM Odoyo took three wickets for Kenya.the bowling from Kenyan side was very good and they took wickets in regular intervals and didn’t allow West Indies team to settle in. there were 8 bowlers used by Kenyan team. They have verity of bowlers. The fielding from them was also good.
