And what may be even more remarkable is that Sandi Spells Designs, of College Park, turned this around in less than a week. Lucky for Monica, Spells has been crafting invitations for seven years – including many for Usher and Ne-Yo. “But I would say this is probably the most extravagant I’ve created,” said Spells, who designed it with partner ******** McNealy. “Definitely the heaviest. I’ve used acrylic and fabric before, but this is all acrylic. And usually something like that takes a month. But when she called, I just had an idea for the whole project.”
